What happens if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order please contact our support team at [email protected] straight away and they will be able to help you. Please contact within 7 days of not receiving your parcels as this ensures an investigation is opened with the courier and will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What is the cut off time for next day delivery?
The cut off for next day delivery is Mon-Fri 3pm GMT/BST.
What if I want to change my address?
It depends on the courier in each location but we will do our best to reach out to them if you email us at [email protected] with your new address. Please note that the change of address can delay the delivery by up to two weeks.

What’s your return policy?
We will accept any item, unworn and still tagged, back to us within 30 days. Your order postage amount will not be refunded.
How do I return an item?
You can return any item to us using our new international returns portal. The returns portal is located in your customer account.
If you have not created an account and checked out as a guest you can open an account now with the same email address you used as a guest and you will have access to the portal.
Have you received my returned item?
We recommend sending your return through tracked post. We can take 5-7 days from when you send the parcel back for the return to be processed.
I haven’t received my money after 7 days?
If you have received an e-mail stating we have refunded you then it can take 5-7 business days to reach your account. If you have not received your refund by this time and you have received the confirmation e-mail then please contact your payment provider.
Can I make an exchange instead of a refund?
We can only offer you a refund so you would need to reorder the correct size. This is something we are looking into offering in the future.
